Account Specialist Agent

Basic Purpose/Functions:
An Account Specialist Agent is responsible for general account inquiries for Vyve Broadband customers.
Their duties include but limited to ACP order entry, assisting customers with ACP inquiries, processing payments on behalf of a customer or points of contact, review account for billing, package changes, credits or disputes, Retention/Save opportunities, and general account maintenance.
Job Duties and
Responsibilities:
Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
Provides customer support related to Vyve Broadband services, including troubleshooting services, handling ACP, billing inquiries and payments.
Offering Retention/Saves options to at risk customers.
Process customer orders in a courteous, efficient, and timely manner.
Effectively present and discuss Vyve Broadband products and services.
Identify other products and services for existing customers by maximizing their education on our products and ensures revenue goals are met.
Convey an image of quality, integrity, and superior understanding regarding services.
Manage customer interactions professionally and efficiently.
Effectively address customer questions, complaints, and concerns within the scope of responsibility.
Remain current and knowledgeable on every aspect of supported product.
Accurately document customer account records based on actions taken.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Required
Qualifications:
2
years in customer service and/or sales industry; phone or face-to-face contact with consumers.
Ability to handle multiple tasks.
Ability to toggle between several different programs and not get overwhelmed.
Strong organization and time management skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with PCs, Microsoft O365 and general Internet navigation.
Use of computers, keyboards, and software applications.
Must be able to sit for 8
hours a day answering inbound calls.
Regular and prompt attendance during training and scheduled shifts.
Flexibility with hours and days, although position will assign regular shifts.
Ability to type a minimum of 35 wpm.
High School Diploma or GED.
Shift(s):
Must be flexible with the ability and willingness to work late evenings, weekends, and certain holidays.
Vyve Broadband's Contact Center operational hours are 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
Physical
Job Description:
Active verbal/typing communication in virtual environment, 8 to 9 hours each scheduled workday.
Sitting and standing positions 8-9 hours each scheduled workday.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
